Ha letto tutti i suoi racconti, ed aveva espresso ai genitori il desiderio di avere per il suo compleanno una torta proprio con Sarah......


scegliendo da uno dei suoi libri l'immagine che più le piaceva!!!
Come potevo dire no, anche se mi trovavo difronte ad un disegno dai colori spenti...no non potevo!!!
Mi dispiacque molto non poterla realizzare con la pasta di zucchero....ma come vi dicevo nel post precedente, il papà delle bambine mi avvisò solo il giorno prima!!!

Strati di Pan di Spagna bianco e al cioccolato, leggermente inumiditi con della bagna leggera alla vainiglia, farciti con Crema Chantilly e cioccolato tritato, Panna, Fiori e Zuccherini colorati per la decorazione!!
Semplice...molto semplice but very elegant!

Imprecai per un'ora....più le guardavo e più non mi piacevano...poi il cervello si mise in moto e così....

In this period of asparagus are wonderful! A few days ago from my
fruttivendola trovai asparagi di dimensioni diverse...bellissimi...e soprattutto tenerissimi!!
Le chiesi da dove provenissero e lei candidamente mi disse:" Tesò è produzione locale...due ragazzi universitari hanno preso un pezzo di terra e coltivano asparagi per arrotondare e pagare le spese universitarie!!!"
FANTASTICO!!!!
Non potete immaginare la vasta gamma...dal piu' sottile al più grande, cicciottoso, tanto da sembrare un wulstel verde...stupendi...ne presi subitissimo un bel pò!!
Mi ricordai di aver visto da qualche parte una ricettina light, questa dieta maledetta servisse almeno a qualcosa, così mi misi alla ricerca e su un vecchio numero di Cucina moderna oro trovai il piatto che mi aveva colpito....
Un primo piatto quasi piatto unico......leggero, vista la presenza di pochissimo burro, ma ricco di proteine, carboidrati, sale e fibre.

Lasagne agli asparagi
Ingredienti :
( x 6 persone )
  • 250g di pasta all'uovo fresca per lasagne
  • 1 kg di asparagi
  • 6 dl di latte scremato
  • 35 g di maizena
  • 2 spicchi d'aglio
  • 80 g di prosciutto cotto
  • 5 g di burro
  • 30 g di grana grattuggiato
  • noce
  • nutmeg salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
Remove asparagus from the hard part of the stem ends and wash thoroughly.
Cook the asparagus to steam for 5 minutes so that they are still al dente.
Pass them immediately under cold water and salt.
Keep the tips and pass the rest of the stems in a food processor. Dissolve the cornstarch in a
dl cold milk.
In a saucepan, pour the remaining milk (except 3 tablespoons), add the peeled and crushed garlic and asparagus blended and bring to a boil over low heat limit, turn off, remove the garlic and stir in the milk mixture and cornstarch.
Cook the sauce for 2 - 3 minutes, add salt and a tablespoon of grated Parmesan and nutmeg.
In a buttered pan of 28 x 22 cm have a layer of sauce and a pasta. Continue alternating
sauce, ham slices, asparagus tips and split in half pasta, until you have completed all the ingredients.
complete the remaining parmesan cheese and milk mixed.
Bake at 200C degrees for 25 to 30 minutes; e .........

I must say that preparing the recipe as it is tasty, but if you do not want a recipe, but more light sostanziosa basta sostituire un pò di ingredienti...tipo preparare la salsa di asparagi utilizzando una buona e grassa besciamella....abbondare con il burro e grana....rendendo questo piatto ancora più saporito!!!
