Interventions must include buildings and existing homes, new construction in fact already are required to comply with a set of energy constraints. The subsidized
is 55% of expenditure and is the deduction of this amount IRPEF and Ires (in the form of tax credit). There are limits to the intervention and the second, however, there is a ceiling of € 100,000 total deduction.
The amount of the deduction may not exceed what you have in your tax return. The surplus is lost. The facility may not be combined with others such as the deduction of 36% for building renovations.
For expenditure incurred in 2008, deductions will be spread over 3 years. Those incurred in the period 2009/2010 but will be spread over 5 years.
