Tra le tante buste assolutamente non ..ine ma anzi ..one, c'erano loro: i pomodori, ma non belli turgidi, rotondi, rossi e succosi, NO, ma brutti e rinsecchiti con un sapore divinamente buono che fa anche dimenticare il loro aspetto leggermente bruttariello!!!

Siccome erano davvero tanti oltre che gustarli con il pane e con la pasta mi son dedicata alle conserve sotto consiglio della sicula di casa e seguendo le sue poche istruzioni alla lettera, beh dalla mia cucina, son venute fuori due chicche super super buone!!

Pesto di Pomodori secchi

Una chicca da gustare in mille modi:

Con la pasta e la ricotta dura....sui crostini....su carne e verdure grigliate...insomma come più vi aggrada e a seconda della vostra fantasia!!!

Pomodori secchi sott'olio

Una meravigliosa versione di sott'oli dal sapore delicato per un insolito e diverso contorno!!

Ed eccovi la ricetta:
Ingredienti ( identici per entrambe recipes):

• Dried Tomatoes

• capers
